These Terms of Service apply to your use of growthhubnp.com and to marketing services provided by GrowthHub, a GlobalyHub company based at Gyakarba Marg, Kumaripati, Lalitpur, Nepal. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority where it differs.
Our services
We provide digital marketing services including social media content (static posts, carousels and videos), social media management, ad boosting, websites and automation. The exact scope, deliverables and schedule are agreed with you before work begins.
Prices and payment
- Prices on this site are in Nepali rupees (NPR) and may change. The price in your agreed proposal applies to your engagement.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Ad budgets are separate from our fees and are paid to the advertising platforms. For budgets above रु 5,000 a 20% management fee applies, as shown on our price list.
- Website hosting and domain fees are charged yearly.
- Late payment may pause work until the account is settled.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals.
- Make sure you have the rights to any material you give us (photos, logos, music, testimonials).
- Get consent from customers, patients or students before we publish their photos, names or stories.
- Follow the rules of your industry, such as healthcare advertising guidance for clinics.
Approvals and AI-assisted content
We use AI tools to help design and write content, and our team reviews every piece. You are responsible for approving content before it is published. Once approved, content is considered accepted.
Ownership
Once paid for, final content created for you is yours to use for your business. We keep ownership of our templates, tools, working files and know-how, and we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other platforms have their own rules and can change features, reach or pricing at any time. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejections, account restrictions or algorithm changes.
No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific numbers of followers, leads, sales, bookings or rankings.
Cancellation
Either party may end a monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice unless your agreement says otherwise. Fees for work already delivered or scheduled remain payable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Use of this website
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information through our forms. Site content is provided for general information and is not professional advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
